Return & Exchange Policy

At NetZero India, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must include its original packaging, accessories, and any accompanying documentation.
  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain product categories may be exempt from returns or refunds. These items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase. Examples include:

  • Custom-built renewable energy systems.
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you may request an exchange. Items found to be defective or damaged upon delivery can be replaced subject to verification.

4. Return and Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Request
    • Contact our Customer Service Team via email at info@nationalgreenshop.com within 7 days of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
    • Provide details of the purchase, including your order ID, product name, and reason for return or exchange. Attach clear photographs of the item, if applicable.
  • Step 2: Inspection
    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility.
    • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your request after the inspection.
  • Step 3: Processing
    • If approved, the return or exchange will be processed as per our policy:
      • For Returns: Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
      • For Exchanges: A replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

5. Conditions for Rejection

Return or exchange requests may be rejected under the following circumstances:

  • The product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
  • The product is missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
  • The request is made after the 7-day eligibility period.
