- If the product has already been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellations will not be possible. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep.
- For customized or made-to-order products (e.g., solar panels designed to specification), cancellations will not be entertained once the manufacturing process has begun.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and details of the issue.
- Once the issue is verified, we will initiate a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
- Damaged items caused by improper handling after delivery will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
3. Product Mismatch or Dissatisfaction
- If the product does not match the description on our website or does not meet your expectations, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will review the case and decide whether a refund, exchange, or other resolution is appropriate.
4. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
- Many of our renewable energy devices and appliances come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly. We will assist in connecting you with the respective manufacturer if needed.
5. Refund Process
- If Refund is approved by NetZero, it will credited to the customer’s account in 5-7 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as per the resolution method agreed upon.
6. Return Policy for Renewable Energy Products
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- All returns must be in original condition with packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Products altered or damaged after delivery will not qualify for returns or refunds.
